Rich Conley is a seasoned talent acquisition consultant and engineering talent consultant with over two decades of experience working with technology businesses. Conley started his career as a Systems Engineer at Lotus Development and worked his way up the ranks to become a Division Director - Consulting Services at Robert Half. Conley has an economics and finance degree from Bentley University and attended Bishop Guertin High School.
Conley has also worked as an Oem Sales Manager at Inxight Software, a Business Development Manager at Radview Software, and a National Account Executive at Convertertechnology. He has held senior positions such as a Senior Account Manager at Individual, an Account Executive at Symphony Teleca, and a Corporate Recruiter at Comverse. Additionally, Conley has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Liveramp, Edx, Klaviyo, and Agero, Inc., where he successfully recruited and onboarded new staff.
Currently, Conley is an Engineering Talent Consultant at Mindmarker. During his time at Liaison International, he was responsible for end-to-end recruiting for software engineers, UI/UX designers, and sales roles. Conley's work has given him ample experience on various aspects of the recruitment process, including cold calling, networking, sourcing, and closing deals.
