Rich Brennan

Rich Brennan, M.A., is a seasoned Government Affairs and Public Policy Executive with over 20 years of experience in legislative and regulatory matters in Washington, D.C.

His expertise lies in collaborating with various entities such as Congress, Administration officials, Governors, corporations, associations, investment firms, and policy groups, demonstrating a track record of successfully advocating for legislation and regulations.

Rich fosters enduring relationships with Congressional members and partners with clients to champion healthcare innovation through communication initiatives, coalition building, strategic planning, and policy analysis.

He focuses on driving business innovation and public policy to propel digital health technologies forward, emphasizing interoperable health information exchange, telehealth and remote monitoring technology reimbursement, and the progression of care models.

Rich holds a Master of Arts in Communication from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from the University of Southern California.

He currently serves as the President of Innovate Health and has previously held leadership positions at the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, including Senior Vice President, Vice President for Government Affairs and Technology Policy, Director of Government Affairs and Technology Policy, Director of Home Care Technology Association of America, Director of Communications, Director of Public Relations, Director of Speak Out! USA, and Associate Director of Public Relations.
