Ricardo Santos

Ricardo Santos is an experienced leader in the IT and Telecommunications industry for over 30 years. He possesses a Master's in Business Administration from Duke University, and he has completed Specialization in Leadership Excellence & Accelerated Development Program at Harvard Business School as well as Post Graduation Degree, Advanced Management at INSEAD. Santos has spent his career successfully working with Business Development, Marketing, Channels, Strategic Alliances, and Social Responsibility Programs. Alongside his professional career, Ricardo has shared his knowledge by teaching at various Business Schools in Brazil over 15 years. Currently, he is the Business Development LEAD for Brazil and South America in the Education Market at Cisco Systems. He has also worked in various managerial positions at IBM, CA Technologies, Datasul, Oracle, and Informix Software.
