· Grupo voltado para investimentos em pousadas, hoteis e restaurantes no litoral da Bahia, especialmente Caraíva, Porto Seguro e Trancoso.
· Idealização e estruturação de dois empreendimentos em Caraíva, sendo: “Odara”, restaurante de gastronomia contemporânea e “Vila Almesca” pousada conceito boutique; mapeamento de mercado, demanda, posicionamento, conceito, arquitetura, plano de negócios e implementação.

Origination Officer 

· Responsible for Sales Brazil and Institutional relationship with headquarters and stakeholders.
· In Sales Brazil; commercial strategy, channels, policies, expansion model, pricing, market scenario; sales model through key accounts, supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, and specialized retail.
· In Institutional Relationship; focal point in the relationship with Cartamundi headquarters (Belgium); preparation and presentation of the COPAG’s budget (P&L), rolling forecast and 1-3-5 years projections; relationship with global community such as: Poker Star, 888 Poker, GG Poker, Party Poker, as well as casinos and legal betting companies in Latin America.
· Delivered significant contribution for COPAG to become a world reference in plastic poker deck of cards.
· Reporting to the CEO and to board; managing a team of ~200 professionals (5 Managers).

COPAG - Cartamundi Entertainment

Director of Sales, Performance and Institutional Relations 

· Responsible for structuring the New Business BU, involving projects and partnerships of promotional cards, personalized games and collectibles; reached revenue of over US$ 10M per year.
· Business development within Fortune 500 companies, such as: AT&T, Nintendo, Microsoft, as well as several casinos located in the states of Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Arizona and California. 
· Assigned Ambassador of the "Interactive Cards" program, project of physical cards interacting with digital platforms.
· Reporting to the CEO USA and to the Global VP of New Business (based in Belgium); managing a matrix and multidisciplinary team.

Cartamundi USA, Inc.

Director of New Business 

· Reporting to the CEO and to board; managing a team of 70 professionals. 
· Leadership of the areas of Strategy, New Business, Sales, Marketing, Export, Special Projects and Purchasing.
· Responsible for the preparation, approval and implementation of the company's strategy, market positioning, growth pillars, product lines, distribution channels, commercial policies, pricing, investments, branding, market scenario, competitive environment. 
· Focal point in the development of feasibility studies concerning the entrance in new businesses, new regions, countries, markets, partnerships, expansions, modernizations, equipment and outsourcing.
· Led the internationalization process and expansion to Latin America, with sales of products to distributors, casinos and betting companies in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Colombia, Peru and Mexico.
· Significantly contributed to boost company's revenue by 2x during the period (2008 – 2013).
· Assigned to work for Cartamundi USA in a global leadership training program.

Director of Strategy and Innovation 

· Responsible for identifying new business opportunities considering production of cards beyond the "traditional deck", such as promotional decks, collectibles, custom games and licensing; focus on diversification and exponential acceleration of revenues.
· Elaboration of economic-financial modeling; assumptions, testing of scenario, revenues, costs, investments, payback, ROI. 
· Led deal closing and structuring of partnerships with Hasbro (Brazil), Mattel-UNO (Los Angeles, USA), Pokemon Company (Seattle, USA), Wizard of the Coast (Seattle, USA), Galapagos (Brazil), Asmodeé (Guyancourt, France).

New Business Manager

· Responsible for developing econometric models, supporting the Institution in strategic decisions regarding trade positions in the financial market. 
· Research of macroeconomic indicators in Brazil, such as: GDP, income per capita, consumption, defaults, tax collection. 
· Analysis of the BACEN’s model of inflation and projections; elaboration of time series and linear regressions.
