Ricardo Lima started his career in the military in 2005, where he learned crucial teamwork skills, weapon assembly and disassembly, marksmanship, day and night orientation, enemy territory infiltration, wounded personnel recovery, and message delivery drills.
Transitioning to the private sector in 2006 as an office boy in a pharmacy, Ricardo handled tasks ranging from cleaning, delivering products on his bike, organizing inventory, to accompanying bank deposits escorted by undercover police officers.
Throughout his Business Administration studies from 2007 to 2011, Ricardo gained diverse experiences and internships in various fields such as language schools, imported cosmetics stores, medical associations, savings and loan associations, and national crime prevention and financial crime combat centers.
After initial exposure to banking knowledge during internships, Ricardo joined Banco do Brasil (BB) in 2009. Over the years, he served in multiple branches across different cities, including Brasília, Aparecida de Goiânia, Goiânia, and Rio Verde-GO in roles varying from teller to operational support, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability.
Currently an Assistant Operational Specialist at BB in Belo Horizonte, Ricardo remains dedicated to continuous learning, focusing on leadership, innovation, criminal expertise, forensic sciences, and higher education teaching.
In pursuit of further knowledge, Ricardo pursued additional education in Criminal Expertise and Forensic Sciences, Higher Education Teaching, and Executive MBA in Leadership and Business Management, complementing his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
