Within the mining sector, Ricardo has collaborated with top companies across various minerals including Copper, Gold, Nickel, Iron Ore, Coal, Diamonds, and precious metals, facilitating transformations, projects, organizational improvements, and advancements in commercial and digital technologies across diverse regions like Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Angola, Australia, and South Africa.

Apart from his professional engagements, Ricardo Gold shows a keen interest in the education sector, dedicating time to collaborate with leading companies in the field and engaging in pro-bono work for NGOs.

His expertise extends to Performance Improvement Practices, where he has extensive experience collaborating with senior management in large national and multinational corporations, particularly in the Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, and Oil & Gas industries.

Before his tenure at Bain & Company, Ricardo spent 3 years at Gerdau, a significant steel producer in Brazil.

Ricardo Gold's educational background includes a degree in Materials Engineering from Universidade Federal de São Carlos (Brazil) and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo (Brazil). He also studied at Stevenson High School.
