Ricardo Alves is a seasoned lawyer with a specialization in consumer relations, boasting expertise in Consumer Law (MBA) and Competition Law (MBA). With an extensive 19-year background in handling Customer-Company relationships, People Management, Strategic Planning, and operational and institutional relations with Consumer Defense Bodies within the National Consumer Defense System (SNDC) and other Public Agencies across all branches of government.

As the National Secretary of the TIM Users' Council, Ricardo Alves possesses a wealth of experience in fostering harmonious consumer relations by initiating conflict resolution through consensual means outside the judicial system. Additionally, he has actively engaged in social initiatives aimed at the non-profit sector.
