Ricardo Alberto Antequera H.

Ricardo Alberto Antequera H. is a Managing Partner and the head of the Trademarks, Advertising, Entertainment, and Sports Law Practices at Antequera Parilli & Rodríguez in Venezuela.

With a remarkable career spanning over 20 years in Intellectual Property (IP) Law, Ricardo is widely acknowledged as an 'IP Leading Lawyer' by prestigious publications like The Legal 500, WTR 1000, and Latin Lawyer 250.

His educational background includes a degree in Attorney at Law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, specialization in Intellectual Property Law from Universidad de los Andes (VE), and additional training in Conciliation and Trade Arbitration.

Ricardo has also enriched his expertise by attending the Intellectual Property Summer Program at the University of New Hampshire.

Throughout his career, Ricardo has held key positions such as Intellectual Property Ambassador for Venezuela at the International Chamber of Commerce and has served as an Arbitrator and Mediator at the Business Conciliation and Arbitration Center (CEDCA).

Additionally, Ricardo has shared his knowledge as an Adjunct Professor teaching Intellectual Property and Advertising Law at the University of the Andes in Venezuela.
