Ricard Garriga

Ricard Garriga is the CEO of Trioteca and a co-founder of Torret Road Capital & Menorca Millennials (decelera). With a deep passion for start-ups, investment, and talent attraction, Ricard has over 15 years of experience in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. His journey began at La Salle University in Barcelona, where he helped raise capital for tech start-ups and spinoffs. He then moved on to the 22@Barcelona City Council to implement public policies before heading to California to work as the head of strategy and growth at YouNoodle, a Silicon Valley start-up. In this role, he managed open innovation projects for large corporations and talent attraction programs across 7 countries. Ricard is also known for founding the innovative concept of 'start-up decelerator' at Menorca Millennials, aimed at identifying global talent for investment through Torret Road.
