Ric Sinclair

Ric Sinclair is the Chief Business Officer at Waystar, a healthcare payment technology provider. In his role, he is responsible for leading the company's end-to-end strategy, which includes overseeing enterprise strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business development, alliances, sales, and commercialization teams.13

Sinclair has been a pivotal figure at Waystar since its inception, contributing to product conceptualization and the execution of go-to-market plans aimed at addressing challenges in healthcare payments. His previous positions at Waystar include Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Product Officer. Before joining Waystar, he was the head of product at ZirMed, which was acquired by Bain Capital in 2017.123

He holds an MBA from Indiana University and a BSBA from the University of Louisville, along with advanced studies at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.12
