Riaan Ca

Riaan Grassie CA (SA) is a seasoned professional with a strong background in auditing and financial management.

With over a decade of experience, Riaan started his career in 2008 at KPMG in South Africa, focusing on auditing industrial and automotive clients. He also worked in the USA during a short-term rotation.

In 2015, Riaan relocated to the UK and joined EY in the Reading office, where he continued his auditing career. His expertise includes providing statutory audit, controls assurance, data analytics, and accounting advice across various industries.

Transitioning into industry in March 2021, Riaan became the Financial Manager at Barloworld UK, bringing his wealth of knowledge and skills to this role.

Riaan holds a B.Com Honours degree in Accounting and is a registered Chartered Accountant of South Africa (CA(SA)) with The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). He has also completed various professional examinations and certifications to further enhance his expertise.

Throughout his career, Riaan has held key positions such as Financial Controller at Barloworld UK, Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Accountant at EY, as well as Senior Manager and Audit Manager at KPMG South Africa.
