Rhonda Miles had a 20-year career in aviation before transitioning to a different path sparked by personal loss and caregiving experiences.
In July 2013, Rhonda retired from flying and founded the Nikki Mitchell Foundation in August 2013, aiming to make a difference in pancreatic cancer awareness and support.
Despite the career shift, Rhonda still indulges her passion for flying through her Cessna 180.
Rhonda has studied at Pine Bluff and currently serves as the President of the Nikki Mitchell Foundation, with previous experience as a Corporate Flight Captain at Unum.
