Rhonda Miles, after a 20-year successful career in aviation, transitioned her path following the loss of her best friend, Nikki Mitchell, to pancreatic cancer. Inspired by her caregiving experience, she founded the Nikki Mitchell Foundation in August 2013, effectively combining her passion for philanthropy with her aviation background. Rhonda retired from flying in July 2013 but continues to nurture her love for aviation through her Cessna 180. With a educational background at Pine Bluff, Rhonda's journey is defined by her dedication to supporting cancer patients and her remarkable career shift from the skies to charitable endeavors. She currently serves as the President of the Nikki Mitchell Foundation and has previously held the position of Corporate Flight Captain at Unum.
