Rhonda Crawford is a seasoned digital leader with over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector, where she has excelled in enhancing reputation, building brand affinity, and driving tangible business results through integrated marketing, communications, PR, and social media strategies. Crawford pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communications at Trinity University and later studied Communications Management for her Master's degree at Syracuse University.

She served as SVP Global Distribution and Digital Strategy and President & CEO, Delta Gift Cards, Inc. at Delta Air Lines, where she oversaw numerous successful digital and eCommerce initiatives. At USAA, she served as Vice President of Digital Strategy & Operations, Vice President of Member Communications, and Vice President of Digital Media & Innovation.
