With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting from Notre Dame de Namur University, she has extensive experience in housing policy development, program administration, finance and construction management.

Throughout her career, Rhonda has excelled in strategic planning, community engagement, grant administration and project management. She has worked as the Deputy Community Development Director at the City of Menlo Park and held the position of Housing & Grants Manager at City of Redwood City. Prior to that, she served as the Construction Manager for the City of Redwood City, where she managed several construction projects.
