Rhonda Carter is a well-educated professional with a diverse background in politics and nonprofit work. Currently, she serves as Vice President of Culture and Operations at Marguerite Casey Foundation. She was also Personnel Liaison, Department of Energy Agency Review Team at Biden-Harris Transition Team. With her extensive experience working in government and nonprofit organizations, Rhonda Carter is a valuable asset to any team she joins.
