    Rhoda Weisman is a dedicated Los Angeles-based coach, mentor, and skill-builder, focusing on organizations committed to social good. With a profound passion for developing purpose-driven and innovative leaders globally, Rhoda challenges individuals to reach their full potential. She has an extensive background in coaching over 5,000 leaders, placing more than 500 in significant career roles, and advocating for organizations to nurture their diverse talent pool.

    Throughout her illustrious career, Rhoda has been a trailblazer in leadership development. She served as the Chief Creative Officer at Hillel International, pioneering the engagement of hundreds of thousands of Jewish college students in Jewish life and leadership training. As the founding Executive Director of the Professional Leaders Project, she mentored countless next-generation executives and volunteer leaders. Additionally, while acting as the Dean of the AJU Graduate School for Nonprofit Management, Rhoda revamped the curriculum to foster leaders dedicated to social entrepreneurship and cultural transformation.

    Rhoda Weisman holds a Master of Arts in Jewish Professional Leadership from Brandeis University. Her professional journey includes serving as the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Rhoda+Co, Dean at the Graduate School in Nonprofit Management at American Jewish University, President at Rhoda Weisman Consulting, Founding Executive Director at the Professional Leaders Project, and various roles at Hillel: The Foundation for Jewish Campus Life. She is also an alumna of the Wexner Heritage Leadership Program.
