Rhithm Pandit is a dedicated professional with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and decision-making processes. With a background in consultancy, he has collaborated with leading Fortune 500 companies to develop digital strategies, redesign business processes, and implement global learning and development programs.

Currently, Rhithm is focused on transitioning to product-facing roles to gain insights into consumer preferences and behaviors. In his current position, he collaborates closely with Product Operations and Product Management teams to drive data-driven recommendations for enhancing and improving products.

Rhithm holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Georgia. His professional experience includes roles such as Associate Product Operations Manager at Instacart, Co-Founder of Ironside Strategy, Product Operations Analyst at Instacart, and various consultancy positions at PwC and Deloitte.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Rhithm enjoys watching college football, playing racquetball, and actively engages in career development mentorship and supporting educational initiatives for at-risk youth.
