Rhiannon Oakley

Rhiannon Oakley (she/her) is an experienced Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Consultant, executive coach, and mentor.12 She has extensive experience in marketing, PR, and business consultancy, specializing in healthcare coaching and communication skills training.3

As co-owner of Oakley Partnership with her wife Philippa, Rhiannon delivers training, consultancy services, executive leadership coaching, and reciprocal mentorship to various organizations, including Local Authorities, the NHS, healthcare membership associations, and regulators.14 She has over 10 years of experience in the chiropractic field, having worked as a Practice Manager to assist in expanding her wife's award-winning inter-disciplinary chiropractic clinic.1

Rhiannon focuses on improving person-centered communication skills and enhancing EDI activities in organizations worldwide.1 She also works with clinics of all sizes to improve their patient journey and processes, providing individual and group coaching to foster team cohesion and shared vision for success.1 Since 2022, Rhiannon has been serving as a trustee for the Chiropractic Research Council.1
