Rhia Carlos Miller is a healthcare veteran with over twenty years of experience in healthcare and health information management, with fifteen years of management experience. She is a change agent, skilled in process improvement, with extensive I.T. and I.S. experience and understanding. Rhia is an excellent troubleshooter who has served as a liaison between HIM and Physicians and between I.S. and HIM. She has a broad set of skills that includes LEAN and Six Sigma thinking that can improve efficiency and cut costs. Rhia has studied a Master of Health Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Western Kentucky University, a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, In Process, at Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of General Studies, Health Emphasis at Western Kentucky University.
