Rhett has also gained valuable hands-on experience while serving as a Productions Supervisor at Ontario Place, where he managed teams of individuals responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of events. He also worked as Assistant Engineer at Blacksmith Management, where he was involved in studio sessions and live performances, assisting with microphone placement, instrument tuning, and overall flow.
