Rhett Braunschweig is a well-educated professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with specializations in Finance, Investment & Banking, and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Currently, Rhett serves as the Managing Director of Global Investment Banking at Baird. With an impressive career trajectory, he has held key positions at Baird, including Director of Global Investment Banking, Vice President of Investment Banking in the Global Technology & Services Group, Associate in the Investment Banking Business Services Group, and various other financial analyst roles.

Rhett Braunschweig's professional journey also includes valuable experience as a Senior Financial Analyst in both the Investment Banking Business Services Group and the Industrials Group at Robert W. Baird. Prior to that, he interned in financial planning and analysis at Rockwell Automation.
