Rhea Palsule

Rhea Palsule is a proactive and compassionate individual with a background in Integrative Biology and Physiology from UCLA.

During her time at UCLA, she actively participated by working closely with the women's soccer team as a student athletic trainer and serving as President of the Sports Medicine Club.

Her community-focused initiatives led her to organize trips to Tijuana, Mexico to donate sports equipment and educate locals on healthy living practices.

Post-graduation, Rhea dedicated two years to the non-profit organization CureCervicalCancer where she played a pivotal role in expanding access to cervical cancer screening and treatment services in underserved regions like Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Vietnam.

Through CureCervicalCancer, she not only helped establish prevention clinics but also trained healthcare professionals in screening techniques and treatment methods.

Driven by a passion for healthcare accessibility, Rhea is embarking on a new journey at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine to further her career in medicine with a focus on serving rural and global communities.
