Rhea Martin has been an integral part of Fircroft since September 2004, where she has demonstrated her expertise in financial, operational, and account management roles. Starting as a temporary Payroll clerk, Rhea transitioned to Finance, occupying positions such as management accountant, overseeing group Margin analysis, management accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations for various subsidiaries. Her journey led to an Overseas Financial Role, managing management accounts for overseas Fircroft offices across different countries.
