RG Conlee

RG Conlee is a seasoned executive with an impressive 20-year track record in technology management and innovation. Prior to this, he had a successful 20-year career in education, and it's with that passion and expertise that he went on to transform Xerox Services (now Conduent). As Chief Innovation Officer, he helped to shape the traditional BPO environment to be a world-class leader in BPO innovation, resulting in high-margin revenues of $250 million in products and services each year. With his team, he revolutionized the way in which business is done through automation, creating a workforce environment that augmented human workers.

Following his retirement from Conduent, RG Conlee became President and CEO of Tylark Corporation, a company that operates at the cutting edge of technology automation and analytics. He is also the CEO of INNOVO Advanced Technology Vehicle. Through his leadership style, he has built strong teams that are able to grow and develop in exceptional ways.

RG Conlee has a strong background in education, including a BME in Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and ample experience in public and private education as an administrator and career educator.
