Reza Helali

Reza Helali is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in M&A, fund raising, and strategic partnerships in the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) sector. With a remarkable track record of over 25 M&A and private placement transactions, Reza has been involved in selling companies to industry giants like Google, Microsoft, and Intel. He boasts a global network of relationships with C-level executives, investors, and thought leaders. Reza holds various licenses from FINRA/SEC, including Series 7, 31, 66, 79, and 99, showcasing his expertise in investment banking, venture capital, and entrepreneurship. Education-wise, he studied at the Investment Banking Institute, completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from San Jose State University, and holds a B.Sc. from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Currently, Reza Helali serves as the Managing Partner at WeMax Innovation Capital.
