Reydi Sutandang

Reydi Sutandang is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Happy5, a B2B enterprise specializing in End-to-end Employee Performance Management System. With over 11 years of experience in the tech startup industry, he has worked in various sectors such as B2B SaaS, Fintech, PoS, HRIS, and Ed-tech, serving customers globally and in Indonesia.

Happy5, which Reydi co-founded in 2014, now comprises 60 individuals, overseeing 45 product and engineering teams. The company is revolutionizing Performance Measurement in Indonesian Big Companies like Kompas, Pertamina, and Telkomsel by integrating Project/Task Management with Continuous Feedback via mobile phones, offering weekly performance reviews to recognize employees' efforts rather than relying on biased yearly assessments.

Before his role at Happy5, Reydi served as the VP of Engineering at Pawoon, leading and expanding a technology startup engineering team that provided cloud-based POS solutions to small and medium businesses nationwide. Additionally, he worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Xendit, Inc., facilitating real-time money transfers and creating seamless payment experiences in Southeast Asia. Prior to that, Reydi was a Senior Software Engineer at Invoice2go, where he was involved in the Web App Rewrite Project, utilizing technologies like Ruby on Rails, AngularJS, and NodeJS to enhance cash flow management for small businesses.

Reydi's early career included roles such as Co-founder and Lead Developer at Wikasa Pte Ltd, Singapore, where he was involved in setting up the company with experience in AngularJS and Ruby on Rails. He has also worked with various technologies like DigitalOcean, AWS, Heroku, PostgreSQL, and more.

Reydi Sutandang holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from BINUS University, graduating in 2012. Throughout his career, he has showcased expertise in software development, project management, technology leadership, and entrepreneurship across a diverse range of organizations and industries.
