Rey Dai is a co-founder of Quantum China-Israel Innovations Ltd (QCII), a company dedicated to fostering technology cooperation between China and Israel to maximize economic value.

He also studied Value-based pricing, innovation, and venture capital at Tel Aviv University during a Spring Exchange program.

Prior to his role at QCII, Rey Dai held positions such as Head of Corporate Development Division at Guangnan (Holdings) Limited, Founder at CynaCare Medical Online Services, Project Manager at China Wheels Co, and Senior Market Analyst at Global Sources.

Rey Dai serves as the CEO at Quantum China Israel Innovations and is the China area representative for RAMOT@TAU, the technology transfer center of Tel Aviv University.
