With a rich background at Legacy Development from 2012 to 2020, Tullius delved into project development across various asset classes, culminating in roles such as President where he expanded strategic partnerships and capitalized on projects.
Tullius holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, and is currently working towards a CCIM designation.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Tullius was a co-founder of PeerFit, a successful tech startup, and a 2016 Olympian with a decorated swimming career at the University of Florida, where he remains active in the swimming community.
