Rex Burgdorfer is a highly experienced financial services professional specializing in nonprofit health system mergers and acquisitions. With close to two decades in investment banking, he has advised on a wide array of business combination transactions, catering to community sponsored, faith-based, and local government clients. Rex is noted for his extensive publication history, including over twenty research articles, and eagerly anticipated upcoming book on the evolution of hospital mergers and acquisitions. He is an alumnus of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, having earned his MBA there, and also studied Finance and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Rex currently serves as a Partner at Juniper Advisory. His previous roles include being an investor at Kinnos, Veryable, and Lucro Global, among others.
