Rex Bain

Rex Bain is a seasoned executive officer with a strategic and focused approach. He has gained extensive recognition for his expertise in creating lean teams, ensuring optimal internal operations, excellent external customer service, and impressive output. Bain studied Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Psychology & Sociology at University of West Florida and University of West Georgia, respectively.

He has held several leadership roles, including Executive Director and Director at Lawrence County Public Library, IT/Social Media Consultant at Lawrence County Public Library, General Manager/Assistant Director (Vice-President) at S&T Assessment and Counseling Service, Inc, and Consultant at Bain Solutions, LLC. He also held significant positions at Milliken & Company, including Employment/Education Manager and International Customer Relations Manager.

Bain's leadership capabilities have been recognized, such as the Floor Covering Division's Team of the Year award for the International Customer Support Team at Milliken & Company. The Lawrence County Public Library also received the 2019 Bronze Level Achievement Award from the Public Library Division of the Alabama Library Association.
