Rather than allowing her lack of coding knowledge to hold her back, she effectively guided her team of software developers to deliver a successful product that aligned with the company's forward-thinking ethos. In February 2018, her responsibilities expanded to include managing the SME Rating Operations, a team focused on empowering aspiring analysts. Today, Reshma stands at the helm of both the IT Department and the entire SME Ratings and Gradings division of Acuite Ratings & Research.
