Reshae Lopez is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. A graduate of The University of Toledo with a degree in BBA, HR, and Organizational Development, she has worked in various roles at both AMS and KeyBank. She started as a Human Resources Assistant at KeyBank and progressed to become a Senior Corporate Recruiter before moving to AMS, where she landed the role of Senior HR Business Partner. Eventually, she was promoted to Manager – HR Business Partner, where she manages AMS' Human Resources team.

Reshae's expertise in HR management and talent development has been honed over several years, where she has built a reputation among her peers as a dynamic leader who is adept at developing HR strategy that aligns with business goals. Her passion for excellence, people, and organizational culture has led her to deliver on several projects that have made significant contributions to both AMS' and KeyBank's success.
