Renee Reid

Renee Reid is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in investment banking, strategy, and management consulting across various industries such as healthcare, education non-profit, and consumer retail.

Throughout her career, Renee has demonstrated leadership by engaging in internal team activities for recruitment, organizing diversity events, and establishing a successful mentoring program that connects undergraduate students with finance professionals, benefiting over 100 participants.

During her time at Wharton, Renee held multiple leadership positions, including serving as the President of the African American MBA Association.

Renee's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Management from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, an HBA in Business Administration from Western University's The Richard Ivey School of Business, and a BESc in Chemical Engineering from Western University.

Her professional experience spans roles such as Senior Manager and Former Manager of Corporate Strategy at Ulta Beauty, Associate and Former Summer Associate at A.T. Kearney, Special Assistant to the CEO at Citizen Schools, Analyst and Former Summer Intern at UBS Investment Bank.
