Renee North

Renée North is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at BodyZone, Inc., a company focused on posture and wellness. Based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, she has held this position since 2018. North is also an instructor for the Certified Posture Exercise Professional (CPEP®) program, which certifies health and fitness practitioners in posture-related protocols aimed at injury rehabilitation, wellness, sports performance, and anti-aging.

Her professional background includes certifications as a Certified Posture Exercise Professional (CPEP), a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), and a Certified Pilates Instructor. North has contributed significantly to the field by teaching exercise protocols that enhance posture, balance, and overall function for various health professionals, including doctors and therapists. She has published articles on health and attitude and co-authored a book titled Posture Pictures: Posture Assessment, Screenings, Marketing & Forms in 2011.

In addition to her role at BodyZone, North is actively involved in community service and holds various leadership positions, including chairman of the Charles J. Harbin, III Memorial Scholarship Fund and volunteer roles with the National Park Service and Chattahoochee Riverkeeper.123
