Renee Anderson

Renee Anderson is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background in Organizational Behavior Studies, Educational Management, and Higher Education Administration.

Renee holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by a Certificate in Educational Management from Harvard Business School, a Master of Education (MEd) in Higher Education Administration from UNC Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Throughout her career, she has held key leadership positions in various prestigious organizations, including serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Gaillard Performance Hall Foundation. She has also been involved in the governance and strategic planning of organizations, having served as Director on several Boards of Directors such as Hope Funds for Cancer Research and the Gaillard Performance Hall Foundation.

Renee's extensive experience in the academic and nonprofit sectors is evident from her roles as a Consultant to the Dean, Associate Dean for Development and External Affairs, Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, and Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her contributions have further manifested in her involvement with the Advancement Council at University Of North Carolina Press, Incorporated and as a former Strategic Advisor to the University Of North Carolina Press, Incorporated.

With a history of successful fundraising and capital campaign initiatives, including serving as the Capital Campaign Cabinet Co-Chairman at Gaillard Performance Hall Foundation and overseeing major gift campaigns at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Renee brings a wealth of expertise in development and advancement strategies.
