Renee Allums, a Lewis & Clark alumnus, is a visionary for Black Liberation, an advocate for inclusivity, and an innovative problem-solver. Her journey from a recent college graduate to a member of Nike's Innovation team to the founder of blockchain-based CulturTize and now Customer Success at Cash App speaks volumes about her talents. Renee has an open and vulnerable leadership style and is passionate about sharing what she's learned from her failures. She's always eager to help others and gives back to the community by mentoring and volunteering for non-profit organizations.
Renee's strengths include empathy, futuristic thinking, development, adaptability, and input, while her weaknesses include tacos, puppies, the Pattern astrology app, and Apple's screen time feature. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Rhetoric and Media Studies at Lewis and Clark College, where she was the president of the Entrepreneurship Club, and also studied at University Preparatory High School. Renee has worked as a Project Development Manager at The Contingent, a Problem Solver at B+A, a Brand Manager & Marketing Coordinator at Nike, a Summer Fellow at Nike, and a Social Marketing & PR Intern at C+C - All About the Good. She's also volunteered for non-profit Together We Rise and studied abroad in Tanzania with Lewis and Clark College.
