As part of the Global Media Relations team, the I work collaboratively with different teams to help deliver their strategy on social media. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining strategy for global corporate social channels, corporate campaigns and Shell leaders, including Executive Committee members
- Helping build the company's reputation across global social media channels
- Managing end-to-end integrated communications campaigns on digital and social media
- Managing community management across global corporate channels
- Coordinating creative and media agencies on the execution of campaigns
- Managing issues and/or crisis on social media, leading on monitoring/reporting

Global Social Media Community Adviser

As part of Shell’s Social Media Centre of Excellence, I supported development, management and activation of social media corporate campaigns. Key accountabilities included:
- Support and management of social media content framework and guidelines for campaigns across multiple social media 
- Defining strategy and management of social media for Shell Eco-marathon, the company's main brand programme and STEM competition
- Management and support of live events across social media and digital channels, including ones supporting the Shell's global Brand campaign (Make the Future Live in London, UK)

Social Media Campaign Manager

Role focused on managing a multi-channel content strategy for Shell Eco-marathon, Shell’s leading brand programme and STEM competition. Key accountabilities included:
- Development, management and activation of the digital and social media strategy
- Management of the 365-activation of the social media calendar
- Management and deployment of global Influencer campaigns

Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, Shell Eco-marathon

- Content management of Shell corporate digital projects, on the global and Brazilian websites
- Stakeholder management in Brazil, UK, and the Netherlands, acting as a digital consultant to shape and optimise content and website updates

Digital Communications Advisor

- Coordination and management of Shell Brazil’s corporate website;
- Organisation and measurement of online campaigns and metrics, using website metrics to implement SEO optimisation and improve conversions.

Website Manager: Brazil and Latin America

- Coordination of Shell Brazil’s PR account 
- Coordination of announcements and launch events, including the Shell Theatre and Music Awards and Formula 1 Grand Prix
- Coordination of media impact analysis, news clipping and reporting
