Renata Breda

Renata Breda has over 15 years of experience in the legal field, working in banks and law firms. She specializes in the financial, banking, and capital market sectors with expertise in matters related to agribusiness law (private and public issuance of securities, commercial transactions, contracts, and guarantees).

Renata holds a degree in Direito from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has pursued further studies including Especialização em direito empresarial from Fundação Getulio Vargas and Master en derecho de la empresa from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
