Her expertise includes distribution, wholesale, GPOs, business development, strategy, new markets, M&A, healthcare technology (EMR, PMS), medical billing and coding, and reimbursement solutions.

Rena has a strong background in global channel management, having built GPO teams focusing on ophthalmology and led Managed Markets teams at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals.

With a diverse career spanning various roles in pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare organizations, Rena has consistently demonstrated leadership and innovation in the industry.

Rena holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, and Marketing from Wayne State University, and she has a solid educational foundation from her College Prep studies at Romeo High School.

Her professional journey includes executive roles at notable organizations such as Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, D2 PHARMA CONSULTING, Bellwether Oncology Alliance, McKesson, and Cardinal Health Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution.

In addition to her corporate roles, Rena has been actively involved in community engagements, serving as a Troop Leader and Adult Engagement Coordinator at Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee.
