Rémy Bonnaffé

Rémy Bonnaffé is a corporate and M&A lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, specializing in advising corporate clients and financial investors on public and private M&A, joint ventures, and capital markets operations in Belgium and internationally.
