Remco van Wensen

Remco van Wensen is an accomplished orthopaedic surgeon with a focus on hip and knee arthroplasty, handling intricate primary and revision cases with expertise.

He pursued his education diligently, starting with Voorbereidend Wetenschappelijk Onderwijs and Atheneum at Nassau Scholengemeenschap te Breda. Later, he excelled in his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) studies in Algemene geneeskunde, graduating Cum Laude from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, and continued his medical education with Kandidaat Arts in Medicine at Universiteit Hasselt.

Throughout his career, Remco van Wensen has held various significant roles in prestigious organizations. Currently, he serves as an orthopaedic surgeon at Catharina Ziekenhuis. He has prior experience as a Specialist Manager at vakgroep Orthopedie at Catharina Ziekenhuis and as a General Member of the Board at Coöperatie Orthopedie Groot Eindhoven UA. He has also worked as an orthopaedic surgeon at Orthopedie Groot Eindhoven, Rijnstate, and Sint Maartenskliniek, where he specialized as a Fellow in Arthroplasty.
