Reine Bounlutay is a successful Diversity and Inclusion Sourcing Manager at PlayStation. Her professional development led her to work as a Technical Recruiter at Blizzard Entertainment, where onboarding the best candidates for various roles in the company became her daily challenge.

Reine's journey kept growing, and she eventually moved to Sony Interactive Entertainment, where she became the Lead Recruiter, working to identify the right, diverse talent to contribute to the company's objectives.
