Reinaldo Campos is a creative problem solver and social impact enthusiast. With a background in learning experiences design, human-centric design, and innovation consulting, he holds a Master of Business Administration from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and a degree from Universidade de São Paulo. Campos is the product owner, learning experiences designer and design thinking specialist, and consultant at Echos - Innovation Lab.

He has also worked as a course coordinator, project manager, and associate innovation consultant at Design Echos, as well as a professor at Centro Universitário FEI. Campos was formerly the chief learning officer at Rei Campos Inovação em Serviço, head of learning experiences at Echos - Innovation Lab, and a senior marketing manager and e-learning manager at Cultura Inglesa.

Campos is passionate about making a real difference through his work and fostering a culture of learning and innovation in organizations. He is an advocate of the values of empathy, collaboration, and experimentation.
