Reid Wilson
Ophthalmology Resident at OHSU Casey Eye Institute
Dr. Reid Wilson is a highly-educated individual with a diverse background in medicine and bioengineering. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Baylor College of Medicine, his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Rice University, a BA in Chemistry from Amherst College, and has also studied at Universidad de Salamanca. His educational journey reflects his passion for both medical and research fields.
With a rich organizational experience, Dr. Wilson has served as an Ophthalmology Resident at OHSU Casey Eye Institute, an Intern Physician at Providence Health & Services, and as an MD/PhD Student at Baylor College of Medicine. He has also contributed to various research projects, having been an IRTA Fellow at the Morgan Lab in the National Institutes of Health, a Research Assistant at the Burkett Lab at Amherst College, and at the Stout Lab at Oregon Health & Science University.
