Reginé Gilbert

Regine Gilbert is a seasoned designer, educator, and author with a strong passion for technology and inclusive design.

She holds a diverse educational background, including a BA in Communication with a Minor in Business from Arizona State University, a UX Design certification from General Assembly, a Business Project Management certification from New York University, and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, she studied Fashion Studies at Parsons School of Design - The New School.

Regine has been actively involved in various renowned organizations in the past, including serving on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, the Board of Directors at XR Guild and Teach Access, the Ad Council UX Committee, and as a researcher at Virtual Experience Interaction Lab (formerly XRRS). She has also contributed her expertise as an Advisory Board Member at W3C, a Professor at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, and in leadership roles at XR Access and Gilbert Consulting Group, Inc.

Her professional journey includes roles such as Chief Creative Officer at Gilbert Consulting Group, Inc., Adjunct Professor at New York University, Senior Manager of UX at The Vitamin Shoppe, User Experience Lead at Ralph Lauren, and Sr. Product Manager at Michael Kors. She has also worked as an Instructor for User Experience Design at General Assembly and as a User Experience Designer for various consulting projects. Earlier in her career, Regine gained experience as a Sr. Business Analyst at iSoftStone, a Project Manager at Jones New York, a PLM Training Analyst, and a Technical Designer at the same renowned fashion company.
