Regina Parks is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in workforce development, project management, full-cycle recruiting, HRMS, HRIS, business development, career coaching, customer service, brand awareness, community management, sales and advertisement/campaign strategy, and social media content management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Management from Baker College Corporate Services and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Central Michigan University. She also holds certifications in crisis/emergency/disaster management from the FEMA Federal Emergency Management Institute.

Ms. Parks has held several leadership positions, including Director of Community Outreach & Affairs at Wayne County Sheriff's Office and Social Media Director/Influencer at a marketing and sales firm. She has also worked as a recruiter at Exceptional Nursing, Director of Education/Staffing at Behavior Intervention Programs, Talent Acquisition Consultant as an independent contractor, and Workforce Development Coordinator at Lighthouse of Oakland County. Prior to that, she worked in manufacturing and quality at Daimler Chrysler.
