Regina Hill is a highly experienced consultant with over fifteen (15) years of experience in the industry.
She has worked with a leading global consulting firm, AT Kearney, for four (4) years before establishing her own successful consulting practice in 2004.
Regina specializes in not-for-profit, philanthropy, and government sectors, providing support at a board and executive management level in areas such as organizational strategy, operational and financial planning, sustainability, organizational structure, process design, capability development, and program design and evaluation.
She has a broad range of experience working with not-for-profit organizations across various sectors including Aboriginal affairs, employment, education, mental health, disability, and arts.
Regina also has a strong background in collaborating with government entities at both State and Federal levels, contributing to strategic policy development, program design, and evaluation.
Apart from her consulting practice, Regina is a Co-Founder and Director of Effective Philanthropy, an organization dedicated to conducting social research to guide philanthropic giving and inform program and policy design.
She serves as a Non-executive Board Member at Caraniche, a prominent forensic counseling and drug and alcohol support service.
Regina holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Masters of International Laws focusing on Social and Economic Rights from The Australian National University, and a Bachelor of Arts/Law (Hons.) in Economics, Politics, and History from The University of Queensland.
She completed her education at Ipswich Girls' Grammar School.
