Regina Dugan is a renowned business executive, engineer-artist, and product developer with a global reputation for her operational excellence, inspirational leadership, and ability to execute innovative ideas at lightning speed. With a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Caltech, a Master's from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor's degree (summa cum laude) from Virginia Tech, Dugan has consistently demonstrated her intellectual rigor and technical expertise. Her extensive career includes leadership positions at Facebook, Google, Motorola, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), where she served as the 19th Director. At Wellcome Leap, where she currently serves as CEO, her passion for combining technology and science is driving solutions that solve some of the world's most critical health challenges.
