I joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) following the acquisition of Nimble Storage to spearhead an integration initiative. Leveraged in-depth corporate knowledge of Nimble Storage to support HPE business teams during the transition. Led and collaborated with cross-functional teams to effectively implement HPE’s records retention policy across the Nimble organization, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.

I spearheaded cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations, process documentation, and compliance programs. I played a key role in the HPE acquisition, managed insurance renewals, and oversaw the contract management system. My responsibilities also included drafting earnings documents and enhancing compliance training. Additionally, I supported commercial attorneys with agreement reviews and collaborated on software migrations with IP and engineering teams.

I partnered with the GC on the execution of the company’s IPO. I led the review of corporate records, compiled an issues list for the bankers, reviewing equity data and drafting tables and sections for the S-1, In addition, I led the drafting of the initial proxy agreement and managing the annual stockholder meeting logistics. I prepared board minutes, Section 16 filings, and updated Forms 10-K and 10-Q. My role also involved negotiating vendor agreements and commercial NDAs.
